Both of these platforms are located on Toompea Hill and are about 150 meters apart from each other.Kohtuotsa is on the eastern side from where you can see the Old Town`s rooftops and modern skyline in the background.Patchouli is on the north side of Toompea hill from where you can see the City Wall and towers, St. Olav’s Church and the harbor.
